This web page represents our Terms of Use (“Agreement”) regarding our website, https://islamicscenario.com (“Website”). The terms, “we”, “us”, and “our” as used in this Agreement refer to Islamic Scenario™ (Islamic Scenario Quran Academy).

We may amend this Agreement at any time by posting the amended terms on our Website. We may or may not post notices on the Website when such changes occur. We refer to this Agreement, Parent and Student Handbook, our Privacy Policy, and any other terms, rules, or guidelines on our Website collectively as our “Legal Terms.”

At Islamic Scenario™, we respect and safeguard the privacy of our students, parents, and visitors. By using our tutoring services, you consent to our collection and use of personal data strictly as outlined in our guidelines for scheduling, tutor assignment, and educational quality management.

For our Tutoring classes, we offer a 100% FREE trial and there are no conditions or hidden fees attached.

• You can experience live 1-on-1 tutoring sessions with our certified Quran tutors without providing credit card details up front.
• You can smoothly continue with your chosen schedule after the free trial.
• You may discontinue the service at any time if for any reason the classes do not fit your personal or child's learning style.

We have an unconditional 100% customer satisfaction policy.

Be On Time

• Students should be inside the virtual classroom at least 2 minutes before the scheduled start time with all necessary books, Qaida, or Quran materials ready.
• The teacher will begin the class promptly at the start time. If a student is not present, the teacher will wait for the entire duration of the scheduled class. The class will be marked as an “unexcused absence” for the student.
• If a class begins late as a result of the student, the class will still conclude at the regular scheduled end time.
• If the teacher is not present in the classroom, please contact administration immediately. Should the teacher miss the lesson without a substitute filling in, a make-up lesson will be scheduled within two weeks at the student’s convenience at no additional fee.

Absences & Rescheduling

To maintain consistent educational progress and tutor schedules:

• If a student needs to miss and reschedule a class, a minimum 1-hour notice to the teacher or administration is required to avoid being counted as an unexcused absence.
• Makeup classes can only be held after the missed session and must be rescheduled to take place within 4 weeks of the missed class.
• A rescheduling request must be submitted within 2 weeks of the missed class. Advance cancellation or rescheduling requests can be submitted no more than 2 weeks prior.
• There are NO refunds for missed classes or student absences.

Teacher Substitutes & Staff Changes

• Substitute Teachers: In most instances of teacher illness or emergency, administration will delegate a certified substitute tutor to conduct the scheduled lesson following the curriculum notes.
• Makeup Sessions: If a student misses an agreed-upon makeup session, no secondary free makeup or refund is provided.
• Permanent Changes: While we strive to maintain teacher continuity throughout the student's journey, permanent teacher adjustments may occur when necessary.

Payment is due immediately and the designated account will be charged automatically at the beginning of every “study month”.

• Payment Failure & Grace Period: In case of a payment failure, the student will receive a notification reminder. If payment remains unpaid one week after the invoice date, classes will be temporarily suspended until payment has been completed. Once received, classes restart immediately.
• Payment Arrangements: If a student needs special payment assistance, please contact us promptly at info@islamicscenario.com or via the Contact Us page.
• Card Data Protection: We do NOT store credit/debit card numbers on our servers, nor do we share financial details with third parties. All payments are encrypted and processed securely via PayPal or authorized global banking merchant gateways.

Automatic Payments & Continuous Payment Authority (CPA)

An ‘Automatic Payment’ is a recurring charge through your chosen Payment Method ('Nominated Payment Source') under Continuous Payment Authority (CPA). You can update your payment source or cancel your subscription authority at any time via your account or by emailing info@islamicscenario.com.

You can cancel your subscription (or CPA) at any time through your bank or billing dashboard. If an Automatic Payment fails (e.g. expired card), we may retry the transaction. If payment attempts fail for 7 days, scheduled classes are placed on hold.

(A) Quality & Compliance Recordings: Classes conducted through Zoom or academy portals may be recorded by Islamic Scenario™ (“Class Recordings”). We hold student and teacher privacy to the highest ethical standard:

• Class Recordings are accessible strictly to our Academic Quality Control team to monitor pedagogy, provide feedback to tutors, ensure student safety, and assist customer support.
• Islamic Scenario™ retains Class Recordings for 90 days, after which they are permanently deleted.
• Recordings will NEVER be used for promotional, marketing, or public purposes without the explicit written consent of the parent or student.

All curriculum outlines, worksheets, slides, recordings, software scripts, and website content provided by Islamic Scenario™ are protected by copyright, trademark, and proprietary laws. You agree not to copy, reverse engineer, scrape, frame, redistribute, or create derivative works from our materials without written authorization.

The Islamic Scenario™ name, logos, and emblems are exclusive trademarks of Islamic Scenario Quran Academy.

Feedback and complaints from parents and students are taken with the utmost care. All formal complaints are reviewed by senior supervisors and acknowledged within 2–3 business days.
